More details
| Prepaid Mobile Review | I personally don’t think that the Optus Data Blaster is Optus’ best prepaid mobile data plan. Having done some comparison work, I think the Turbo Cap is better value. However, lots of people visit Prepaid Plans to find out more about the Optus Data Blaster. So what’s it all about? If you spend purchase a $100 credit this is what you get: $80 MyCredit + $400 MyBonus + Unlimited standard personal Calls & SMS/MMS to other Optus Pre-Paid Mobiles, + 1GB MyData + and unlimited access to MySpace & YouTube on your mobile.
There is plenty there to be happy about. My Credit can be used on calls, txt and your My Bonus is simply bonus credit. With 1GB of data, there is plenty there if you own a smart phone (eg Apple iPhone) and want to do some web surfing and email gathering. The total number of call credit is also very generous. Spending $70, you get a total of $250 credit, unlimited calls and 500MB data, and anything less than that then the data is maybe enough to view a few emails from time to time. So as I said, at $100 its got some value but anything lower, the Data is really there for reviewing emails and some very light web browsing. You can compare all of the Optus Prepaid Mobile Plans here. |
