Which Prepaid iPad Plan Should I Buy?

Earlier today I received what is a typical question from users of the prepaidplans.com.au website.

“I am currently wanting to purchase pre-paid micro sim for ipad (the original one) for a 12 month period. My postcode is 2251 and will be requiring it to cover most of the Central Coast of NSW. Can you advise which is best value and coverage. Thanks Christine

In response I provided this advise:

Christine

It seems that all carriers (Telstra/Optus/Vodafone) cover your are Central Coast. The following page gives you your iPad options. You simply get a sim card and then you need to recharge. Personally I use Telstra for mine but have friends who use Optus and Vodafone and are happy.

You can check coverage using the following links:

http://ucms.vodafone.com.au/aboutvodafone/network/checker

https://www.optus.com.au/shop/mobilephone/coverage

http://telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/coverage-networks/our-coverage/mobile-broadband/index.htm

I have a page which covers all plans for you: Best Prepaid iPad Plans

Amaysim which uses the Optus network is pretty popular. $100 buys you 10GB for a year.

Hope this helps.
