| GT Mobile is a product offering from Lyca Mobile. Owned and managed by the same company, GT Mobile offers four prepaid mobile plan recharge options; $10, $20, $30 and $50. Call costs are 0c/min to landlines and 15c/min to mobile phones. Flagfall is 29c. The recharge value is equal to the call credits you receive eg recharge $10 and receive $10 worth of call credits. Note that like LycaMobile, GT has regular offers that it promotes with cheap international calls and local call and data offers. LycaMobile uses the Telstra 2G network and so you get access to what is still the best coverage you can get today in Australia. Mind you, this plan or set of plans really isn’t for data or smart phones for that matter. GT Mobile is for cheap local calls and cheap international calls. Here is an indication of the international call rates: Indonesia – Mobile 9c/min, China – Mobile – 2c/min, Malaysia – Mobile 1c/min, UK – Mobile 15c/min and Philippines – Mobile 8c/min. 29c flagfall applies to international calls made.
