| Exetel recently launched their range of 4G monthly mobile plans and for a time offered separate pricing for both 3G and 4G. In fact 4G was about 20% more. It now seems that the two sets of pricing have been somewhat blended and we have one set which covers you regardless of the phone you have.Spend $19.95/mth and receive 93 two minute calls plus 400MB of either 3G or 4G data (note that 200MB is a bonus). The cost of 2 minute call is $2.15 (very standard across Optus resellers). You can then step up a level at $39.95 and receive $650 in credit, equating to 302, 2 minute calls, unlimited national TXT, unlimited calls to other Exetel users and 2GB (500MB being a bonus).
The final category which until recently was an unlimited offer for the same price, is now $69.95/mth for $3600 in calls (equates to 2000, 2 minute calls), unlimited Exetel calls and unlimited national TXT plus 3GB of data. Also note that unlimited social media access has been totally removed so all of your internet access is now counted within your data allowance. Tethering is OK and data increments remain p/KB which is great. |
